Cocktails, Anyone? In the City of Lights?

Every time I see this amazing piece of architecture it takes my breath away.
What is equally amazing is the prospect of meeting other bloggers, designers, authors and people of this genre here. Jackie Von Tobel and I are organizing a meet and greet in this awesome city and would love it if you are so inclined to join us in Le Marais, in the 4th Arrondisement, Paris, France, during Maison et Object.
Let us know if you would like to join us for cocktails. or an aperitif, in the early evening
in a fabulous new Hotel in the 4th to be revealed......( we still are determining how many of you are coming, and it will be FUN!) Email me at beadboardupcountry@sbcglobal.net if you would like to join us. A Bientot!

  1. First things first - I can't afford to go to Paris unless you send someone to buy my house!! So, have a wonderful time and bring back loads of goodies for the shop! Now, about your comment - you are so funny! I am glad we met because I can just see and hear you telling me...well, asking me, "Ann, what are you thinking???!!!" The thing is, I am not in love with this house, but I keep trying to be. I think I am just so anxious to decorate and I want to be in my next house, but meanwhile the creative juices start flowing and I can't help myself! Besides, it is so much fun to post about my ideas and read the comments I get!!

  2. Maryanne,

Oh how I wish I could be there! Years ago, I lived not too far away, and would have gladly joined you for cocktails. One day, you'll just have to come out West on a buying trip, and then we'll have that cocktail.

    Bonne chance,

    Marjorie

  4. Oh goodness I wish I could come! The only time I've been to Paris (so far) was to catch a connecting flight to India. I did see the Eiffle Tower from my plane window. It was about an inch tall, but I got a picture of it! I look forward to the day I can stand beneath her and bask in awe!

    Happy Thursday,
    Jen
