Remembering Murphy

On Thursday morning we lost Murphy our Basset Hound. He was goofy, smelly, had that hound like bark, and was the one that started up the nightly clamour for feeding time. We will miss him.
Au Revoir, Murph.

  13. Maryanne and Peter, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. There is nothing like our furry best friends and Murphy was so lucky to have you both. There is a new book out written by a friend one grade ahead of me in HS. It has been on the NY Times best seller list since it came out, recently. It would be a nice gift for yourselves, it's called "A Dog's Purpose" by W. Bruce Cameron. I'll be thinking of you both...

  15. Oh, Maryanne, how awful. What a handsome boy he was. I am so sorry. I am such an animal/dog lover that I know how terrible you must be feeling. Life without their love is never complete.
