If you are in winter weather read all of this..
You will feel like you are in Sanibel Island, this years inspiration for
Riviera Maison's spring collection... This umbrella rocks!!!!
And look there are little ones for the table!!!!!! look at these placemats, mini soup tureens.....
This of the most popular showrooms at Paris market.
Love these outdoor showers(like wooden pallets) and the light fixtures.......
Something for everyone here, pillows, doormats, bottles, jars, beach blankets, Makes you want to go buy a beach house!!!!!
Don't you love all the different chairs around this table????? Casual clever and of course a great way to showcase their many chair styles.....
Light fixtures to die for, more fabulous chairs.........
Flower containers very innovative........
More great chairs.. Note the one on the upper Left.
Why? Because with the tufting they always include a signature button, looks like Nickel with "RM" in script on it...... DETAILS!!!!!
We all remember the "Je ne sais Quoi" Sofa...... This is another new offering note the contrast welt.... Passe??? Not if it is done well.
More great chairs......Love the table setting..... ( Not tablescapes)
I confess that term makes me cringe.....
One sets the table not scapes it.......OOOH didn't I sound lofty?????
As everyone knows Beadboard specializes in linens....
But I always appreciate something new.....
Whimsical, comfy and fun here it is.......
If you have a home by the beach or just like beach design,
and want to pass of the norm how about this fresh take???????
I like it here.
OK STOP. I love this whole vignette, the "frites" holder with the paper matching the pillows, the "Moules"pots or steamers with the lids turning into bowls, the drawers in the table the hooks on the side... Great innovation!
Close up of the Moules Pot on a trivet that when open looks like a house! Love the mitts....
A dome filled with shells ribbon on top.
See the blackboard? Paris loves Riviera Maison Too! Judging from the attandance in this booth.
One thing they do is install a large bar and serve espresso, Prosecco, chocolate truffles, coookies, bottles water all in Rivera glasses, mugs etc....... they used blackboard paint on the back of the bar..Europeans love to present their champagne, proseco white wine in those big wide silver bowls..... Love how that looks. So who is responsible for all of these fabulous details????????
This delightful gentleman, who heads up the design team for Riviera Maison Nicolaas Tijsen aka "Nico". From the coffee cups designed with holes for the spoons in the handle to the home furnishings, the talented Nico has his stamp on everything they make..... He was gracious enough to chat with us for a while looking pretty dapper in his English tweed jacket and his British Flag Pocket square.
Everyone in this showroom exudes personality and warmth from the owner Henk Teunissen, sales managers like Badouin and the rest of the team. It is obvious they love their products and their excitement in infectious....... Want to hear more decorating ideas from NICO?
He has a blog, Nicolicious!!!!!! www.nicolicious.com Thank you Riviera Maison!!!!
The Dutch hit another home run!

Beautiful tables and I love all of the chairs. The large silver bowl presentation idea is coming to my house.

Just wanted to say that there is much more to tablescaping than just placing dishes on the table.
ReplyDeleteTo swedecollection....I respect your opinion.... I KNOW that setting a table is more than placing dishes are you kidding me?????? I have been blogging for a few years. My business depends on that.....I sell the things that make "tablescapes" I do not care for the TERM "tablescape". My concern is having guests be visually wowed and in anticipation of a fabulous event, with all their senses when they see a table in my home or shop.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your opinion.Maryanne
Beautiful store
ReplyDeleteThat was never there when I went. For sure I would have done shopping there, looks fun.
